II. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS

  • The studio provides cosmetic and beauty services by appointment only – via email, telephone, social media, or in person at the premises.

  • When booking, the customer provides their name, contact telephone number, and selected service/procedure.

  • The booked appointment is considered confirmed after:

    • receipt of confirmation from the studio, or

    • payment of the required deposit (if applicable).

  • The studio reserves the right to request a deposit for longer, more expensive, or specialized procedures.

III. PRICES AND PAYMENT

  • The studio reserves the right to update prices at any time. For already confirmed reservations, the price at the time of booking applies.

  • Payment can be made in cash on site.

  • If a deposit is required, it will be deducted from the final cost of the service.

IV. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • In case of cancellation or no-show, the studio has the right to:

    • retain the deposit paid;

    • charge a fee equal to part or all of the cost of the service.

  • If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the studio reserves the right to:

    • reduce the duration of the service without changing the price;

    • cancel the session and consider it a no-show.

  • If the studio is unable to perform the scheduled session, the client will be notified in a timely manner and will be offered a new date or a refund of the deposit paid.

V. RESPONSIBILITY AND CONTRAINDICATIONS

  • The client is obliged to inform in advance about:

    • allergies;

    • skin diseases;

    • pregnancy;

    • medication intake;

    • other health conditions that may affect the procedure.

  • The studio is not responsible for any adverse reactions if the customer has concealed health information.

  • Some procedures may have individual results depending on skin type, hair type, or other individual characteristics.

VI. VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONS

  • Gift vouchers have a validity period, which is explicitly stated on them.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.

  • If you do not show up to use a voucher without prior cancellation, the service is considered used.

VII. PERSONAL DATA

  • The studio processes personal data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

  • The data is used solely for the purposes of reservations, communication with the customer, and accounting services.

VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

  • The studio undertakes to provide the requested services professionally and in accordance with good practices in the industry.

  • The customer undertakes to comply with the internal rules of the premises and generally accepted standards of behavior.

  • The studio has the right to refuse service in the event of:

    • aggressive or disrespectful behavior;

    • unsuitable health condition for the procedure in question;

    • failure to comply with hygiene requirements.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. The studio reserves the right to update these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

  2. The current version is published on the studio’s website.

  3. By making a reservation, the customer declares that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and accept them.

  4. For all unresolved issues, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
